WATCH: Cameron Mathison joins the Irwins to wrestle a crocodile

All My Children alum Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan Lavery) took a walk on the wild side and wrestled a huge crocodile with the Irwin family.

All My Children alum Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan Lavery) spent over two decades battling sharks like Susan Lucci's Erica Kane, Rebecca Budig's Greenlee Smythe, and Alicia Minshew's Kendall Hart, so what's the daredevil to do for a thrill after surviving that? Take on a real-life crocodile, of course.

The former soap star, who now works as a correspondent for ET, met the late Steve Irwin's family for their annual crocodile trip in Australia and ended up wrangling with a crocodile while on his adventure.

"You know, I'll do anything! You know that about me," Mathison teased of the wild fun. "It's incredible. It's intense. But it's where they do it that makes it all the more special."

As Mathison explains, the Irwin family spends six weeks Down Under in the Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve, tracking crocs to do research and monitor their health. After cruising the river with the family, the group spotted a giant one in a trap they'd set, hissing and obviously aggressive.

"At this point, we called for the rest of the team. It took sixteen people to wrangle Big Dunk; this fifteen-foot beast weighed roughly 1,500 pounds," Mathison shares, adding that Big Dunk was tagged and released back into the river after the wrangling.

Check out the video below and let us know if you would have been as brave as Mathison while wrangling a giant crocodile.
