Blasts from the past usually abound when a soap opera celebrates milestone anniversaries, and one return fans are hoping for as Days of our Lives' 50th anniversary nears is that of Peter Reckell (Bo Brady). But will it happen? The actor certainly hopes so.
Reckell, who last aired as the character in October of 2012, informed fans on Twitter that he and the powers that be at DAYS are "talking again, trying to work out a deal for the 50."
If the two parties agree on the terms and the actor makes a return, his alter ego will be in for quite an emotional journey, considering his longtime love, Hope (Kristian Alfonso), has moved on with Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) in his absence.

As viewers may recall, Reckell showed interest in returning to DAYS back in October of 2014, but he shared on Twitter that he and the show couldn't come to an agreement (though money was reportedly not the issue). This time, he's asking fans to send "love, support and positive energy" to make a return happen.
