While the rest of us "plebeians" likely spend holiday break lounging around in pajamas, catching up on Netflix and engaging in other equally useless activities, Days of our Lives' Billy Flynn (Chad DiMera) is hard at work on his new film, D.O.A. Blood River.
With DAYS on hiatus for the holidays, Flynn started to pack his bags in preparation for his new project and shared a farewell message with fans. But it looks like not everyone is thrilled he'll be gone for the foreseeable future -- especially one of his cats.
"Leaving tomorrow for Louisiana to start shooting the adventure that is @doabloodriver and my oldest boy Regan isn't to happy about it," he wrote on Instagram along with a photo of the furry feline sitting in his suitcase.
Provided he was eventually able to pack his bags sans a kitty cat, Flynn joined costars Chris Mulkey and D.B. Sweeney for D.O.A. Blood River, a thriller written and helmed by Stephen C. Sepher and inspired by Rudolph Mate's 1950s noir thriller, D.O.A..
As Soap Central previously reported, The story follows a pharmaceutical salesman named Sam Collins who travels from Los Angeles to a small town in Louisiana to sign a major business deal with Dr. Alexander, a doctor who specializes in vaccine research. The outcome, however, is unlike anything Sam ever imagined.
At this time, it's believed that Flynn's work on D.O.A. Blood River will not affect his status or screen presence at DAYS.
