Though an official announcement has yet to be made, casting is underway for a second season of the POP reality series, Queens of Drama.
The show has released a casting call in an effort to find two name soap opera actresses to partake in the soapy drama. The search has cast a wide net, with the call open to actresses of any ethnicity and any age (20s to 60s). Those hired can expect to make approximately $40,000 for their participation in the series.
The second season will film anywhere from six to ten episodes this fall.
There's no word yet on how many of the show's original cast members -- which included Donna Mills (Madeline Reeves, General Hospital; ex-Abby Ewing, Knots Landing), Crystal Hunt (ex-Stacy Morasco, One Life to Live; ex-Lizzie Spaulding, Guiding Light), Lindsay Hartley (ex-Cara Castillo, All My Children; ex-Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, Passions), and Chrystee Pharris (ex-Simone Russell, Passions), and Vanessa Marcil (Brenda Barrett, General Hospital) -- will be returning.
Chrystee Pharris recently talked about her experience on Queens of Drama on the weekly, entertainment Kroll Call podcast. You can listen to the interview below.
