Ever since The Young and the Restless' Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) began making himself at home in Genoa City, both viewers and the characters on the CBS soap opera have been waiting for the skeletons in the businessman's closet to be revealed. Fortunately, it won't be much longer before his past is uncovered, and soap vet Jamison Jones has the key.
Soap Opera Digest reports that the actor -- who played Dr. Warren Kirk and Bready Bevin on General Hospital, as well as Bill Brick on Days of our Lives -- has joined Y&R in the recurring role of Jesse Gaines, an attorney who comes bearing the gift of information about Ashland's past. Viewers can look forward to his run beginning on Tuesday, September 21.
In addition to his soap roles, Jamison has appeared on series like 24, True Detective, The Whispers, Longmire, and Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight. He has also starred in films such as The Wretched, Collusions, and Hollywood Homicide.
