Michelle gets a long lecture from Dan, her new physician at the School for Independent Living. He tells her that she needs to got her life back together and let others help her cope with her blindness. Jesse calls her from the diner and is surprised when Dan answers the phone. Michelle talks to him and says that this is not a good time for her. The only information Jesse was able to get out of her was that she was at a school.
After Michelle hangs up on Jesse, Buzz convinces him to call her back. When he does, he hangs up just as Michelle finds the phone.
Phillip and Beth are frantic with worry since nobody can find Lizzie. They comfort each other and chastise themselves for fighting in front of her. Annie seems to be more preoccupied with her wedding plans, and has a fit when one of her invited guests calls to respond to her wedding invitation, and Beth hangs up on her, after explaining a family emergency.
Lizzie walks along through a wooded area, and falls into an old well, but Harley soon finds her. Harley figures out a way to chain herself to an old building and lower herself into the well, with Lizzie climbing up her and out of the well.
Harley and Lizzie come back to the Spaulding mansion, where Phillip and Beth are overwhelmed with relief to see her again. Feeling left out of the tearful reunion, Harley quietly leaves.
Annie envisions Reva going so far as to steal Alan away from her, and even becoming pregnant with his child. Reva walks in, interrupting her daydream, and announces that she would like to come to her wedding. Annie thinks that Reva is up to something, and uninvites her---but the she rescinds her decision because she realizes that she would like Josh to be there.
Rick visits Michelle at the school for independent living. He tries to get her to talk about Jessie, but she won't.
Abby takes Maura, Shane, and Tammy to the lighthouse during Annie and Alan's wedding.
Josh, Reva, and Cassie attend the wedding. Josh comments on how the whole place is filled with Alan's business associates. Reva reminds them of her surprise for Annie.
Dinah overhears and alerts WSPR reporters to be on top of tonight's event. She thinks back to the time she overheard Reva talking about what she has in store for Annie. She tries to cozy up to Hart to eavesdrop on the Lewis's, but he doesn't take the bait. Dinah knows that the "surprise" Reva's got is contained in her purse, so she sends her producer over to film TV coverage of prominent Springfield residents. She tells Reva and Cassie to put down their purses and hold champagne glasses for the camera instead. During the interview, one of the WSPR guys sneaks the paper out of Reva's purse and turns it over to Dinah.
Beth is Annie's attendant and hopes to get Phillips's attention in her scarlet dress. Lizzie helps Annie get dressed and tells her she looks like Cinderella. Annie recalls feeling like Cinderella once, only, according to her, her prince charming turned out to be a toad.
Drew takes Jesse to the lighthouse to look for her lost watch, where they encounter Abby and the kids, and Jesse asks Abby if she knows where Michelle is. Abby tells him that she honestly doesn't know. Jesse asks her to tell Michelle (if she does talk to her) that he is going to take her advice and move on. He says this just as Drew returns from helping Shane empty the trash that has the WSPR tape of Abby in it. Shane has lifted the tape out of the trash though, secretly, and later takes it home. When Rick asks Jesse for it, Jesse tells him that he has intentionally destroyed it to help Abby. Drew then asks Jesse to go to a movie with her. He reluctantly agrees, but makes it clear that it's just as friends.
At the wedding, Holly and Fletcher argue over taking Meg to a special school in Toronto. When Holly dismisses him, Fletcher accuses her of not wanting to move because she doesn't want to move away from Roger.

At show's end, Reva discovers that the document which will incriminate Annie is missing from her purse and sends Cassie, Josh, and Hart on a frantic search around the room. Finally, Cassie spots Dinah holding the paper, but she has set it aflame, and Cassie is too late to stop her.
Vanessa and Matt continued to argue . Dinah told Ross the video was still missing and Ross thinks Ben is the one who stole it. Ben showed up by invitation early at Ross' house . He continued with his usual comments towards Blake and she continued to fight her feelings. Ben started to let his paternal side show with the boys. Annie told Phillip at the rehearsal that Beth is now her matron of honor. Reva informed the family of her new dirt she now has on Annie. Dinah took notice of the affidavit Reva was holding in her hand

Jesse and Rick are at the lighthouse looking for the WSPR tape. Jesse tells Rick the tape is not in the lighthouse because he had thrown it in the trash and the trash had been taken out. They go outside to look in the trash but do not find the tape. They leave to go see Abby. Shane was going to record cartoons for Tammy and put the WSPR tape in the VCR. Shane and Mara were fighting over the remote. Abby came in and told them it was time for homework and they couldn't watch television until they finished. Abby goes over spelling with Shane and tells them they can watch television now that they are finished. When Rick gets to Abby's he tells her about the tape. Jesse apologizes for throwing it away. Jesse goes to Mara's room to talk to them. One of the children had hit the play button on the VCR. Jesse came into the room and turns his back to the television while talking to Mara. The scene is playing where Roy tells Abby she is dead. Jesse starts walking out of the room then turns around to say something else to Mara, but the tape is now finished playing. When he leaves Mara starts cleaning up and takes the WSPR tape and puts it in the middle of a stack of other tapes.
Cassie couldn't stop Dinah from burning the document that was stolen from Reva. Dinah says she is giving Annie the chance that she never had and she will do anything to protect the wedding. She threatens to go the Security and tell them the Lewis family is going to interrupt the wedding and should be removed from the building and there is nothing she (Cassie) or her stupid sister can do about it. Cassie grabs Dinah's arm turns her around and slugs her. Dinah is knocked unconscious. Cassie ties and gags her and puts her in a storage closet. She takes the opportunity to talk to Dinah and tells her it is her own fault that she lost Hart and let her know that she (Cassie) didn't go after Hart, things between them just happened. Cassie leaves the closet and runs into Hart. He hears Dinah screaming and is concerned if she is all right. Cassie assures him that she is okay. She tells Hart why she had to do what she did. Hart doesn't think Cassie handled the situation right but she must have a good reason for doing it. They leave and go back into the room where the wedding is to take place. Walter Corte goes into the closet to get something and sees Dinah. He takes the gag off her and starts to untie her. Dinah says she is going to kill the Cassie & Reva and he says 'Oh no you won't, you're not going to ruin this wedding", and puts her gag back on and leaves.
Reva is upset because she doesn't know how to stop the wedding since the document is gone. She begs Harley to help her but Harley says she doesn't know what to do. The wedding proceedings start. The minister says "Dearly Beloved we are gathered here in the sight of God to unite Annie Dutton and Alan Spaulding in the bonds of Holy Matrimony". At that point Harley turns to Reva and asks her what can she do. The wedding proceeds with Annie and Alan reciting their vows while Reva and Harley make a plan. Harley goes to the altar and steals the rings from Phillip. When the minister asks for the rings Phillip says he is having a little problem with the rings and needs a few minutes, so the wedding is stalled. Reva in the meanwhile is trying to call Eddie Banks, but his number has been disconnected. Annie is obviously nervous because things are not going well, she notices that Reva and Cassie are gone. She turns to Alan and tells him they don't need rings and Alan told the minister to get back to the ceremony. Phillip went after Harley and made her give him the rings back. Alan and Annie exchange rings. The minister now said, "If there is anyone here who had just cause why Annie and Alan should not be married speak now or forever hold their peace". At this time Eddie Banks walks in and says I do. Annie said "No" and tried to get the minister to go ahead with the ceremony. Reva then drops the bombshell and tells them Annie can't marry Alan because Eddie is her husband.
