Meanwhile, as Eve operates on Kay, Tabitha tries to make Charity think it's her fault this has happened.
Sheridan is rocked by more memories of the love she shared in a past life with Luis. Antonio has convinced himself that Luis is holding Sheridan against her will. He'd rather believe that than she could be in love with his brother and not him. Luis's fate rests in Sheridan's hands when Antonio finds them and wants her to admit that she was not with Luis by choice.
Sam, Miguel and Charity are relieved to learn Kay made it through surgery. Tabitha conjures up a ghostly version of Kay in hopes of guilting Charity into staying away from Miguel.
Luis recovers at the hospital, but faces jail time thanks to Antonio's ultimatum to Sheridan. Antonio worries when his wife talks of her memories of loving Luis in another lifetime.
