Born in Palo Alto, California, Pinson is proud of being the baby (and only) girl in her family. As a child, Pinson loved watching her mother, a classically trained opera singer, perform. Watching her on stage always fascinated Pinson and she credits being with her mom as her motivation for getting into acting.
Pinson studied at Charles Conrad Studios with Margie Haber and Lesly Kahn. She is widely recognized as Eve Lambert Thornhart on Port Charles, where she originated and portrayed the character for five years. Most recently she portrayed Shiloh on The Young and the Restless.
Pinson loves movies, especially the olds ones, shopping, baking and decorating cakes. Pinson also speaks French and admittedly "hates" sports -- running with her dog is as good as it gets!
Pinson believes fully in the Maya Angelou quote "when someone shows you who they really are, believe them the first time." She wants nothing more than to live a happy, healthy life surrounded by animals.
