This episode originally aired on November 3, 1993. In the episode, upon learning that Sheila Carter was alive, Lauren Fenmore persuaded her husband, Scott Grainger, to vacation with her on the romantic island of Santa Catalina.
On California's Santa Catalina Island, at the Inn at Mount Ada, Genoa City department store heiress Lauren Fenmore asked the hotel clerk if Mr. and Mrs. Forrester were still in their room. The clerk reiterated that Mrs. Forrester had called down to say they didn't want to be disturbed. The clerk asked the ponderous Lauren if she had told the Forresters that she and her own husband, Scott Grainger, were there yet. Lauren said she hadn't, and advised the clerk not to ruin the surprise.

Taylor complained that Ridge hadn't been listening to her and that he was practically sitting at Brooke and Victor's table. Ridge was upset over the way Victor was pawing Brooke. Taylor begged Ridge to ignore them and not let their presence ruin the evening. Ridge tried to study a menu but peeked over at Brooke and Victor anyway. Taylor was not happy.

At the Forrester mansion, Stephanie remarked that the visiting Katherine Chancellor, of Genoa City's Chancellor Industries, was the sole trustee of the Stephanie Douglas trust. Stephanie asked Katherine if Katherine had done anything to compromise it. Katherine stated doing so would have been against the wishes of John Douglas, Stephanie's father. Stephanie wanted to know what John's instructions had been to Katherine.
