Esme and Fox are pretty chummy these days. Her niece flew in to see her, and Fox agrees to have them both stay at the mansion. After observing Viki's behavior, he can't seem to get over how strange Esme and her niece are. Each time Viki has anything to say, she constantly whispers to Esme instead of speaking out loud.
Dr. Wilson, Vincent's psychotherapist, senses that Eve and Julian are not shocked at her suggestion that Vincent may have had an accomplice in his horrible reign of terror in Harmony. Eve explains the situation about Vincent and how he was abducted from the hospital as a baby. Dr. Wilson thinks that the entire family needs therapy after hearing about the type of person Alistair is. On the other side of the jail, Alistair pays a visit to a very scared Vincent, and he makes it very clear that he is there to kill Vincent. He thinks that Vincent has failed him like everyone else. Vincent begs Alistair to stop and promises to complain to Eve and Julian if he doesn't stop. Alistair tries to brainwash Vincent and tells him that Eve and Julian never cared about him. He then grabs Vincent in a strangle hold. Vincent manages to talk Alistair out of strangling him by telling Alistair that Little Ethan (LE) is his son. Alistair is livid and tells Vincent that the news of LE ruins everything.
Pretty accuses Fancy of causing the scar on her face while Fancy sits quietly. Luis tries to get Fancy's attention, but she is too ashamed to face Luis. Luis refuses to believe Pretty, so she tells him the story in detail. Fancy finally says something. She tells Pretty that she is not telling the truth, but she never did tell her side of the story, so Luis is left to believe Pretty. Luis refuses to believe Pretty, so Pretty tells Luis to ask Fancy. Luis asks Fancy if she did what Pretty is accusing her of, and Fancy tells Luis that it was an accident. Fancy, believing that Luis hates her, walks out of the room without Telling Luis the full story. Sheridan is delighted because she thinks that Luis will be hers since Pretty has just revealed Fancy's secret. After Fancy left the room, Sheridan uses that opportunity to paint Fancy in a bad light. Despite all the negative talk about Fancy, Luis decides to go after her. Pretty is not so sure about Sheridan since she is so hell bent on coming between Luis and Fancy. She compares Sheridan to the likes of Alistair because of her cold and unfeeling ways.
While Gwen and Rebecca are still locked in the bathroom, Theresa is trying to speed up the ceremony since she is so anxious to marry Ethan, but Ethan does not want to rush it. He wants to savor the moment. Theresa and Ethan exchange vows, and before the Justice of the Peace (JP) declare them man and wife, Ethan interrupts, and Theresa is terrified. Again, Ethan wants to savor the moment. He reflects back on the good and bad times they have both shared, and then they kiss passionately. Theresa looks at Pilar, and she knows that Pilar wants her to tell Ethan the truth, so she interrupts the wedding to tell Ethan that there is something that he needs to know before they get married. Theresa hears a loud banging, and she knows that it's Gwen and Rebecca, so she lies to Ethan and tells him that she just wanted to say that she loves him. The JP finally pronounces them man and wife and tells Ethan to kiss the bride. The family congratulates Theresa and Ethan and welcomes Ethan into the family. Meanwhile, Gwen and Rebecca try to get out of the locked bathroom so that they can interrupt the ceremony, but they did not get out on time, and after realizing that Ethan and Theresa are now husband and wife, they are both furious. Gwen tells Ethan that she has a wedding gift for him, and it's a gift that people will be talking about for years.
Alistair is furious when he learns that Little Ethan isn't a biological Crane! With the help of Alistair, Vincent escapes from his jail cell. Eve and Julian, searching for their son, nearly run into Alistair, disguised as a prison guard, before he gives them the slip.
Pretty realizes how much Sheridan has changed; from the delicate, considerate woman she was, to the cold, unfeeling Crane she's become. When Pretty tries to make amends for ruining her sister's happiness, Fancy tells her that she never wants to see her again. Sheridan is shocked when she opens her cottage door, expecting Luis, only to find Vincent!
Theresa gives Pilar her word that she'll tell Ethan the truth about Little Ethan on their honeymoon. Beating Theresa to the punch, Gwen prepares to reveal the truth of Little Ethan's paternity to Ethan as an early wedding present! Theresa dies inside, knowing it will destroy the marriage as soon as it started.
In he study of the Crane mansion, Fancy and Pretty confront Alistair who tells them that he was not on the train that the missile hit. He says that Beth is on the run and that Marty is dead. Fancy does not really believe him. He tells her to get packed because she is leaving with him. Fancy says no, but Pretty is so needy that she begs for Alistair's love. He makes fun of her scar and says that she should be called "Ugly" Crane. Despite his taunting, she turns off the lights and helps him escape after Fancy pulls a gun and calls the police. After Alistair escapes, Fancy and Pretty struggle over the gun. They move out of sight and a shot rings out.
In the living Room, Rebecca and Gwen do not realize that Alistair is in the house. They are so focused on telling Ethan that Theresa has hidden the truth from him, that he is Little Ethan's father, that they ignore everything else. They start plotting their revenge and eventually discover where Theresa and Ethan are spending their honeymoon. They rush off to interrupt the lovebirds.
Theresa and Ethan share a romantic and passionate encounter at a local inn, unaware that Alistair is alive. They talk honestly and Theresa decides that it is time to tell Ethan the truth about Little Ethan. Just as she is about to tell, there is a knock on the door.
In Sheridan's cottage, Luis walks in to find Vincent holding Sheridan at knifepoint. Strangely, she is hysterical and helpless. It is hard to believe that this is this is the same Sheridan who knocked the masked Vincent unconscious with a fist to the jaw and was able to tie him up before he regained consciousness when he burst in on her and Father Lonigan in the church. Vincent tells Luis all kinds of bad things about Sheridan and gives many reasons why it is right for him to kill her. Luis agrees with him and leaves. Vincent grows more agitated and angry. Just as he is about to kill Sheridan, Luis burst in from behind him and knocks him out. Vincent regains consciousness while Luis ministers to an unresponsive Sheridan. As Luis cradles her, he sees blood flowing from a wound that Vincent inflicted before Luis got to him.
Vincent has a knife to Sheridan's throat, ready to end her life. Suddenly, Luis bursts into the room and Vincent warns him if he takes one more step, Sheridan is a goner! Sheridan begs for her life as Luis calmly tries to talk Vincent down, but Vincent tells Luis he's doing her ex-lover a favor... Sheridan has done numerous terrible things to tear Luis and Fancy apart. Luis takes this in, and to Sheridan's horror, surprisingly agrees that she is getting just what she deserves!
Ethan and Theresa begin their romantic honeymoon. Ethan talks of how much he would like to have more children with Theresa, especially a son of his very own. Theresa is determined to find the right time to tell Ethan that Little Ethan really is his son but can't bring herself to get the words out. Meanwhile, Gwen and Rebecca desperately try to find out where Ethan and Theresa are so Gwen can blow her nemesis out of the water.
Fancy and Pretty are stunned to see their grandfather Alistair is alive! Alistair wants to take Fancy away from Harmony as she was always his favorite, but she refuses to go. She lays into her grandfather, telling him she knows now what a horrible person he is. Pretty, eager to earn her grandfather's love, reaches out to him, but he cruelly rejects her.
Edna and Norma observe Tabitha and Endora, and Edna comments that if she hadn't been a lush, her daughter, Beth, would not have been a lunatic. Seeing the bond Endora and Tabitha share, Norma decides that it's not such a good idea to separate Endora from her mom. A little chat between Edna and Norma re: Norma's late parents, sort of gives Edna indigestion. It's quite clear that Edna's father killed her mother, and Norma possibly killed her father. It's too much for Edna in one sitting. Just when the day couldn't get any more strange, Kay and Miguel suddenly pops up in the living room in their bathing suit. Miguel thinks it's odd that they are both wearing bathing suits in the middle of Tabitha‘s living room, so Kay tells Endora to fix things. Endora freezes Miguel, and Kay thinks that she can fix things from here on. Tabitha warns her again that she is playing with fire by using magic that she is not quite trained to do. Kay refuses to listen to Tabby, who tells her that her magic will blow up in her face. Tabitha is right because Miguel's suspicion has not subsided. Kay is making her situation worse by using magic after magic to fix things. While Miguel is worried about going crazy from seeing things he is told that he is not seeing, Kay's recent magic is being witnessed by him in the living room. Kay thinks that her magic will work perfectly, but she does not expect Miguel to see any of it. She is unaware that Miguel is witnessing her latest spell.
While alone with Luis, Fancy thinks that Luis hates her because of what happened between her and Pretty, so she says goodbye to Luis. Luis tells her that he wishes that she had told him about Pretty sooner, but he tells her that he still loves her. Apparently, Luis has gotten it all wrong. He thinks that Fancy is innocent re: the Pretty incident. Fancy admits that she did throw pool chemicals in Pretty's face.
Gwen tries to figure out how to ruin Theresa's life since Alistair bars her from telling Ethan Theresa's secret. Rebecca reminds Gwen that since Alistair is alive, Theresa is guilty of bigamy since it's a crime. Gwen doesn't care about that. All she wants to do is to blow Theresa out of the water, but Rebecca keeps reminding her of Alistair's threat. Gwen tries to defy her mom, but Alistair shows up in the nick of time to stop her. Alistair tells Gwen that Theresa will pay dearly since he sent over poisoned strawberries to her hotel room. At the hotel room, Theresa interrupts her and Ethan's love making by telling him that she has something to tell him but ends up not telling Ethan at his request. Ethan and Theresa continue to make love while Theresa thinks that they should enjoy that one night of passion because once Ethan hears the truth, he won't be so happy with her. Ethan tries to feed Theresa one of the poisoned strawberries. She is not in the mood to eat any, so Ethan decides to take a bite of one of the strawberries, and then realizes that he likes them and indulges in more of them. Theresa returns, and Ethan tries to offer her the last strawberry, but she decides to eat it later. Theresa then tries to tell Ethan the truth about Little Ethan (LE), but Ethan collapses on the bed as a result from eating the poisoned strawberries. In another part of the hotel, Alistair, Gwen, and Rebecca toast to Theresa's demise. After envisioning Theresa's death, Gwen decides that it's not a good idea to drink the Champaign Alistair offers her and Rebecca since he cannot be trusted. Back in Theresa & Ethan's hotel room, Theresa screams for help since Ethan is lying unconscious on the bed.
